says it all. The early car WAS better than the horse. Of course it succeeded. But the EV isn’t better than the petrol car. You don’t include the point that even with a tidal wave of government subsidy EVs are still faltering. That alone distinguishes EVs from past innovations that attracted the consumer dollar with no government support needed. And re self driving - I haven’t checked but I wonder if this, like the the podcasts based on the videos, is a year or two old? Self driving is a bust

I love Andy’s YouTube videos, and enjoying the podcasts even though I’ve already seen the YouTube version. His sunny, though often quizzical delivery is perfectly pitched. But this episode is a disappointment. Sorry Andy. I know you’re a techie but your title
